STOKE ON TRENT
37.5 HOURS
(WORKED BETWEEN MONDAY – FRIDAY 8am – 8pm, SATURDAY 9am – 5pm, SUNDAY 10am – 4pm ON A ROTA)

An international delivery service specialist who are rapidly expanding worldwide and have a reputation for delivering excellence, is currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service Advisors to keep up with the demand for their popular service.
THE ROLE
* To ensure first time resolution by following through and keeping any promises made to our customer, including opportunities to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations
* Ensure relevant and thorough investigations are carried out to fully resolve a complaint/ issue
* Being accountable for taking the appropriate security measures to support the prevention of fraud
* Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to the pickup shop network and company Depots
* Assisting with queries and escalations from the Pickup shop network
* To undertake any other tasks as required to assist of the smooth running of the service
* Ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness at all time
