Senior Business Travel Consultant

Our client who is an established but rapidly growing Business Travel Management company is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Senior Business Travel Consultant to join their expanding team in Manchester.

The responsibilities of the Senior Business Travel Consultant are: Account Management according to client and company profile, booking flights, hotels, car hire and rail. Amending existing bookings and to issue, re-issue and perform re-calculations of international and domestic airfares. You will offer expert advice in all aspect of travel, be courteous, patient and conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.. Other skills required for the Business Travel Consultant include a minimum of 2-3 years experience in Business Travel a good working knowledge of GDS Galileo, Amadeus or Sabre is essential. Knowledge of booking flights, hotels and car hire and above all you will provide excellent customer service.

You will work in a team of business consultants dealing with the companys’ corporate clients. The company offer excellent working conditions with onsite parking. Working 37.5 hours a week 9 – 5.30 central location
