My client is a leading international travel management company that specialising in providing travel services – business and corporate. The company is constantly growing and are currently looking for a Trainee Travel Consultant to join the team.

We are looking for a hard-working, and confident candidate with a passion for business travel to join an all expanding franchise within Ashford.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Reporting to the Business Travel Manager, you’ll be responsible to design and tailor holidays specific to corporate client’s requirements and deliver excellent service through expertise within the industry, in which you’ll be trained in by the company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Selling their specialist product range
* Handle all sales and general information enquiries through a variety of different communication channels; telephone, email and live chat
* Provide and deliver excellent customer service
* Booking all corporate travel needs for corporate clients
* Good team work ethic
* Training in using GDS including apps, websites, email and telephone to make business/corporate bookings
* Quoting and finding the best cost comparison to ensure we have offered the lowest fare inline with the Clients Travel Policy
* Assist customers with basic concur questions
