Multi Skilled Painters and Decorators

Our client is a highly successful organisation within the construction industry, specialising in interior refurbishment, maintenance and fit-out of well known retail establishments.

They are currently seeking a Pair of Multi Skilled Painter and Decorator to work on refurbishment/fit-out projects for multiple retail sites throughout the Cambridgeshire area.

You will be working as part of a multi-skilled building team, ensuring the highest standards are met, be capable of working on own initiative and have a flexible approach to the wide variety of tasks given.

Ideally applicants will live within a 30 mile radius of the Cambridge area
City & Guilds/NVQ 3 in Painting and Decorating
Experience gained on commercial sites would be preferred and shopfitting background would be considered an advantage
Fully versed with on-site health and safety practices
A clean driving licence is essential

Please note there will be a high level of travel throughout the Cambridgeshire area and in some cases possible overnight stopovers are required, the company will provide hotel accommodation. There could be requirements to work outside of this location during busy periods and the demands of the business.

Basic hours are 7am to 5.30pm
Overtime payable after 7pm and at weekends at a rate of time and a half
A fully expensed company van is provided with this role.
