Salary: £14.4 – £15 per hour
My client is a Large Building Maintenance Contractor specialising in working with councils and housing associates on repair and maintenance, planned projects and refurbishments on social housing and public buildings.
At present they are looking for a Painter & Decorator to join the team based in Harlow, to cover Harlow and the surrounding area’s working on refurbishments of Void properties.
Suitable candidates mush have:
CSCS Card
Own tools and transport,
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Ukata Asbestos Awareness, or be willing to undertake
Must also have had experience in a similar role and be able to provide two relevant references.
This is temp – on going role for the suitable candidate. Must be available to start immediately.
