Multi-Skilled Electrician – Immediate Temp to Perm Contract

An industry leading M&E service provider is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a Prestigious Static site in Wimbledon. They are offering a salary of up to £36,000 – £36,001for a day role, with the option of overtime and call-out rota.

This is a brand new, immediately available role on a dynamic and prestigious contract working as part of close knit team, on a temp to perm basis due to the immediate nature of the role.

The opportunity for further training will be offered as the company like to invest heavily in good engineers!

Job Role:

Working as part of a 3 man team, you will be the multi-skilled building services technician carrying out PPM’s, reactive work and general maintenance duties within this fantastic Site.

Relevant work experience includes but is not limited to;

·Fault finding

·PPM’s

·FCU’s

·Generators

·3 Phase power supply

·UPS’s

·AHU’s

·BMS

·Chillers

·Boilers

·Water treatments

·Air Conditioning advantageous

Skills Required:

The successful candidate must have:

A time served electrical apprenticeship
Trade trained with at least 3 years experience in the building services trade
17th Edition
Flexible approach to work
Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role in an established team
