MH Recruitment is looking for Compliance Assistant who is interested in growing with the expanding business
You’ll be responsible for delivering the highest levels of compliance and support within the Aviation industry, providing clients and candidates with the service expected.
Exxperience is not required as training will be provided
Key Duties:
.Carrying out Background checks ( Training provided)
. Posting adverts on job boards, checking applicants suitability, arranging open days
. Registering successful candidates
. Completing candidates pre employment checks in line with Aviation guidelines
. Making sure candidates needs are met
. Recruitment administration duties
Ideal Candidate:
. Ideally you will have some office experience
. Must be fully proficient in word and excel
. Able to multi task in a fast paced industry
. Excellent communication skills
. Strong work ethic and determined to achieve.
