Risk and Compliance Assistant

Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year

The opportunity for someone who is looking to advance their career in Risk and Compliance to join an industry leading financial services company in Cheshire. The firm are experiencing exponential growth and as a result are looking to add an ambitious professional to their compliance function. 

The role 

The role will be supporting an existing team of 3 across a range of areas including compliance monitoring, business risk, complaints handling and due diligence. 

Key responsibilities include; 

• Promote risk and compliance awareness in the business. 
• To assist in the delivery of activities forming part of the compliance monitoring and risk assurance plan
• To assist with ensuring that all policies, processes and procedures are kept up to date.
• To assist in the production of board and committee reporting where required by the risk and compliance function.
• To provide guidance and training to other departments
