Finance Business Partner

Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 per year

Anderson Knight is recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a large client based in the West Lothian area. Our client has recently expanded due to successful acquisitions over the past year or so. The role will provide a complete finance business partnering service to the relevant business unit and support functions including long term business planning, annual budgeting, periodical budget updates and rolling forecasting.

The post holder will be also charged with the responsibility of establishing and maintaining an effective performance management system, providing effective support in setting operating and financial targets for the financial year in consistence to group strategy and long-term business plans and in monitoring the achievement of those targets.

To be considered for the position, you must have previous experience in a position that involved business partnering and FP&A responsibilities.

The main responsibilities the position entails are:

* Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with senior managers and their teams

* Produce monthly management accounts for budget holders that ensure the organisation has an up-to-date position with the finances to support decision making

* Support the Group Head of FP&A in developing policies and procedures for Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting

* Contribute to the overall corporate reporting of the organisation’s financial position and the reasons behind the more substantial variations to plan

* Provide support during the external audit process
