Ashley Kate HR are currently recruiting a HR Business Partner for a fantastic company based in Corby, Northamptonshire!

The role will report in to the Head of People, partnering with the Head of Operations to provide an effective HR function for the site in Corby!

Salary: up to £48,000DOE
This role would suit a highly experienced HR Advisor, who has dealt with ER case loads (predominately absence management), and who is interested in getting heavily involved with HR projects around cultural change!
Main Duties –
-Dealing with a range of ER cases, coaching and guiding line managers throughout the process
– Leading on HR projects around aspects such as employee well being and cultural change
– Updating and implementing HR policies and procedures
– implementing employee well being initiatives and dealing with overall employee welfare
– Dealing with the whole employee life cycle and being responsible for providing an effective HR function by confidently dealing with all HR duties
