Impact Care Services having fantastic opportunity for Mental Health Support Workers in Northampton and the surrounding areas with the reputed Mental Health Hospital

If you are a dedicated and hardworking candidate who is available across a range of shift patterns, then this may be the perfect role for you.

The Hospital covers a wide range of services for individuals with mental health needs, autism and learning disabilities within the UK so they are looking for a Support Worker to join their team in Northampton (NN12 7SS)

As an active member of their dynamic team, you’ll provide support for our nursing staff including the assessment, implementation and discharge of inpatients, with a high focus of safety at all times.

Joining: Immediate/Start at your own convenience, choose your OWN HOURS.

Essential Skills:

• A minimum 6 months’ experience working with mental health.
• Ensure the correct administration of medication
• Assess and talk to patients about their problems and discuss the best way to plan and deliver their care
• Excellent communication skills and a good team player
• A genuine desire to make a real difference in people’s lives
• A strong, flexible mental aptitude and an ability to cope with the physical demands of the role
• PMVA and other mandatory trainings
• Upto date DBS.
