Our client based in Haverhill, is seeking an Assembly Team Leader to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
As Assembly Team Leader your duties will include:
* Overseeing production across all 3 assembly lines
* Ensure production is of highest quality and in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner
* Provide leadership and line management to the production teams
* Develop the team to achieve high standards, working on individual performance and support where necessary
* Monitor time and attendance and ensure compliance with Company procedures
* Adhering to Health & Safety & 5S practices
* Ensuring production teams are aware of the day-to-day targets and responsibilities.
An ideal candidate for the Assembly Team Leader will have:
* Previous experience in leading Assembly teams in a Production/Manufacturing environment (essential)
* Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
* Good PC skills
* Knowledge of Quality Management systems (ISO9001)
