Team Leader

Salary: £26,000 – £28,800 per year

Francesca’s Recruitment are excited to be working with a growing SME business looking to add to their team. We are recruiting for a Full Time Team Leader; this is a permanent role.

Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Answering, screening and transferring inbound calls in a professional manner

• Managing a team of up to seven Call Operators

• Conducting team briefings

• Facilitate the onboarding of new clients

• Monitoring KPI’s

• Providing reports to senior management

• Providing business support for clients

• Taking bookings, payments and issuing quotes

• Social media management

• Administration projects

• Customer care calls, surveys and data collection

• Ad-hoc administration duties Required Skills & Experience:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Must have the ability to prioritise and multitask

• Proficient typing skills

• Experienced with Microsoft Office

Location – Dronfield

Hours- Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm or 9am -6pm or 9am – 5.30pm
