CNC Service Engineer covering Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas with occasional travel nationwide. Established over 40 years, the company is an established nationwide machine tool distributor and service provider.

Based from home in the Cambridgeshire area, duties will include:

Scheduled maintenance of machine tools
*
Fault finding, diagnostics, reporting and repairs
*
Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with customers
*
Providing technical support and operator training to customers’ staff
*
Attending regular training at head office
*
Travel to other areas as required, can involve some overnight stays
*
Occasional out of hours call outs may be required

Previous CNC service and maintenance experience is essential, FANUC experience would be an advantage. Should have experience in customer facing roles. The company provide an initial 2 month training program with regular training on new products.
