Field Service Engineer – White Goods
West London
£36,000 plus package
Are you a self-motivated and experienced electrical engineer? Do you have a proven track record of working in a field-based repair/service role? Would you like to work for a premium brand and play a key part in delivering excellent service to their customers?
Our client is a leading manufacturer of white goods with a fantastic reputation for providing a world-class maintenance and service function. They are known for their professional approach to service and have developed an enviable client base because of this. The business is currently going through a transition and is encouraging engineers to turn service into sales.
They have gone through a fantastic period of continued growth, and as such need to add talented, customer-centric Field Service Engineers to the team.
Responsibilities – Field Service Engineer
Perform scheduled maintenance visits and corrective repairs
Carry out duties in line with customer requirements and service KPIs
Resolve problems/issues in an effective and efficient manner
Build positive relationships with customers
Experience – Field Service Engineer
Experience with repairing/servicing white goods is essential
Track record of delivering excellent customer service
Excellent communication skills and professional manner
Gas Safe registration would be beneficial

You must have previous experience with maintenance and service of white goods, having worked as a service engineer, service technician, technical engineer, electrical engineer, field service engineer, field engineer or similar.
