The Company:
Our client is a fast-growing UK-based European Company

Main Purpose:
to coordinate all web-marketing activities and to support other departments with general administration tasks.

The main duties include:
– To provide excellent customer service
– To strengthen the customers’ relationship with the clients in Germany
– To manage the online marketing tasks (training provided)
– To coordinate Customer Service & Marketing duties such as SEO/PPC, advertising and mailings
– To cover all aspects of Web Management, Website Content/Marketing and Optimisation
– To maintain and develop the business growth though marketing tools and newsletters
– To translate website contents and communicate in German.

The Candidate:
– Fluent in English and fluent in German (written & spoken) – Essential
– Experience in Marketing, Account Management or Customer Service – Advantage
– Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
– Degree in Business or Marketing will be desirable
– Good understanding of SEO/PPC
– Confident telephone manners
– Computer literate (WORD, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

The Salary: up to £28,800pa
