The Company:

Our client is a fast growing online retailer.

Main duties:

To be responsible for assisting the eCommerce Manager and carrying out key trading duties that help to drive sales online through improving customer experience and merchandising products.

The Role:

• To build a collaborative relationship with other department as ecommerce, marketing and customer service

• To give support to the eCommerce Manager with daily trading of the main and the European websites

• To optimise onsite search to improve customer experiences and conversion

• To be responsible for maximising cross-selling opportunities across all categories of the websites

• To use Google Analytics to help optimize product sales and customer experience

• To work closely with the team to ensure all product descriptions are delivering key selling points

The candidate:

• Fluent in German (written and spoken)

• Experienced or studied: Digital Marketing or eCommerce, Journalism, Copywriting

• Ideally has knowledge of e-commerce best practices, user experience, and web merchandising

• Experience in using Online Marketing platforms: Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Amazon, eBay is beneficial

• Commercial and business acumen, excellent communication skills

• IT literate, familiar with Google Ads, Social Media platforms

• Proactive, dynamic and has a can do attitude
