Product Designer

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year

White Label are working with a company in Halifax who are looking to recruit 2 Graduate Product Designers.

The ideal candidate will have graduated university with a 2.1 or above in Product or Furniture design.

My client is performing well in a busy industry. The role will offer you the opportunity to take on your own projects and develop as a designer.

Day to day the role will involve the following: –

* Generation of drawings in line with client specifications.

* General arrangement drawings and manufacturing drawings.

* To liaise with clients to discuss the design specifications.

* To liaise with suppliers to ensure they understand drawings and can manufacture the products correctly.

* To liaise with other departments including purchasing, estimating, contract management and projects to ensure the projects run on time and to budget.

* Ensure the design meets industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

* Degree educated in Product Design or Furniture

Package

* A salary of 19-25K depending on experience

* 25 days holiday + bank holidays

* Pension

* 8:30 – 5:30pm Monday to Friday
