Job Purpose
Support/assist the Marketing Department in the creation of online and offline marketing collateral.

Main duties
• Assist the Design and Marketing teams with the creation and production of a consistent corporate brand image throughout our marketing collateral, compliant with design guidelines, best practices and standards.
• Production of web graphics: online banners, website layouts, promotional landing pages and presentations from concept to publishing.
• Production of print material: ads, brochures, flyers, and exhibition stands from concept to press.
• Assist the Design Manager with the supervision and training of Junior Designers.
• Assist with the Design Team’s quality assurance and task assignments when necessary.

Essential skills
• Demonstrable high quality design work/portfolio
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
• Solid typography and layout skills, comfortable working in corporate identity, print and web design.
• Great sense of aesthetics and visual composition.
• Good knowledge of prepress (printing processes, image retouching)
• Good knowledge of web design, UX standards and animated ad banners production (HTML5, GIF)
• Excellent eye for composition and understanding of the Design principles
• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in Advertising, Design or Digital Media Agency.

Desirable Skills
• Good understanding of Premiere Pro, After Effects (preferable experience in video editing, key-matting, motion graphics, animation)
• Basic knowledge of HTML/ CSS.

Qualifications required
• Degree in Graphic Design or Digital Design
