Customer Support Executive

Salary: £26,000 per year

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this fast paced local organisation, as part of their Customer Support team. Please note that this is a home based role, with occasional travel to the offices in Tunbridge Wells or Rochester for training.

This role includes a basic salary with objective related bonuses. You must have excellent broadband speeds and your own laptop for this role (Mac products are not suitable due to incompatibility with bespoke software).

Summary of role

To proactively contact vehicle owners (existing customers) regarding their booked appointment for service and repairs. Providing a courtesy call to remind customers of upcoming appointments and specific repairs required. Providing a time sensitive service, updating customers during the time the vehicle is with the dealership.

Main duties include (but not limited to):-

· Provide aftersales support.

· Customer Service focussed telephone operative.

· Complete up to 75 effective calls per day.

· Fully complete required data collection requirements.

· Complete a time sensitive contact plan between a business and their client base.

· Provide high levels of customer service and customer care at all times.

Ideal

· Knowledge of the motor industry (ideally within Aftersales)

· Customer Service background.

· Previous experience of working to targets and deadlines
