Mobile Facilities Officer

We are currently looking to recruit a temporary Mobile Facilities Officer for our client based in Maidstone but covering the Kent,Crawley and Sussex Areas.

The role holder will be responsible for all minor fabric works on site and assisting the site engineers with other PPM and Reactive tasks as required. Responsible for all record keeping associated with works carried out including quality, health & safety and environmental documentation.

Reporting to AFM, he/she will provide support in delivering service excellence and ensure all site records are compliant and up to date. All PPE, Uniform, and specialised tools will be supplied.

Required Experience:

• Appropriate experience in a similar role
• Experience of Joinery
• Fabric
• Basic Plumbing
• Basic Electrical / Mechanical Work
• Emergency lighting (Recording of Testing)
• Fire and life safety systems (Recording of Testing)
• Plumbing and Sanitary ware
• Water Treatment
• Working knowledge of BMS
