Salary: £26,000 per year

Facilities Administrator,

We have a requirement for a Facilities Administrator to join our RESS team. The Facilities Administrator will be primarily responsible for providing a high level of support to the Country Manager and wider Facilities team, in addition to taking responsibility for administration support to all Divisions within the UK. The role requires a hard-working and pro-active individual with a flexible approach to manage this variable and diverse role.
Key responsibilities
• Manage mobile phone portfolio (~1500 handsets) for the UK, including account management, ordering new phones, disposal of old phones, application of individual phone budgets and foreign travel phone packages. Provide troubleshooting support to all users.
• Support the Pest divisional managers with the roll out and ongoing support of the iPhone project – the replacement of existing handsets in the field with iPhone handsets
• Provide ongoing operational support to the Facilities management team i.e maintenance coordination, legislative compliance, tenders and supplier audits.
• Coding and approval of Facilities and Fleet invoices in the company OnBase system – High volumes
• Support the Fleet department with cover throughout the year including managing hire cars, fuel cards, tags and tolls, London congestion and parking and speeding fines.
• Provide support and cover for Northwich reception throughout the year including answering and directing switchboard, signing in visitors and directing deliveries. Booking taxis and buffets and managing the room booking facilities.
• Health and Safety
Short term additional requirements:
• Receive & review purchase requisitions and authorisations for Indirect materials and services in line with P2P Policy and convert to Purchase orders in applicable system.
• Co-ordinate new supplier requests, obtain Purchasing and Finance approval and liaise with Master File to arrange set up.
• Oversee transition to standard European travel provider.
• Co-ordinate IT peripheral requirements & requests for new starters and existing employees.

Qualifications
• Minimum School leaving qualification ( including English and Maths)
• Facilities background/ knowledge would be beneficial
• preferred qualification or NVQ in Business Management
• Strong IT skills, Advanced excel
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Polite and friendly telephone manor
• Ability to work under pressure using his/her own initiative
