Sales Manager – Digital Marketing Agency Salary £36,000 – £48,000 with an uncapped commission / bonus structure.
Working for a leading Digital Marketing Agency based in the West Midlands this is a fantastic opportunity to join an established agency leading their sales team as they continue to grow and develop the business.
Working in their modern and airy offices dealing with a variety of blue chip clients. This is a high profile role that is critical to the continued success of the company.
About the Sales Manager – Digital Marketing Agency Role:
* Managing the internal telesales, research and lead generation team. Providing guidance and support to the team to ensure they deliver you with quality leads and appointments with prospective clients to manage the acquisition of clients within the sales pipeline
* Ensure the smooth transition of new client wins to the project team
* Deliver sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients
* Ensure prospective clients and also competitors are researched and undertook to ensure market knowledge is maintained
* Staying current with digital marketing trends
* Create and produce sales collateral, literature and presentation in conjunction with the marketing dept.
About you as the Sales Manager – Digital Marketing Agency:
* Passionate about Digital Marketing you will come from a similar role as a Sales Manager within an existing Digital Marketing Agency or VAR in the IT and Media Sector.
* You will demonstrate knowledge of both the creative process, user experience and also digital production processed
* Highly organised and a natural leader of a small dedicated team
* Posses exception communication and presentation skills, able to hold high level conversations and pitches with key decision makers and stake holders within blue chip and corporate clients
