Production Team Leaders (Engineering) – Direct Entry Graduates
FTL is a small, highly successful, privately owned Engineering business, possessing a strong set of company values.
The Company is growing and developing its business and has recently restructured its Operational Management team, appointing a Production Manager to implement cutting edge processes and develop a winning team.
Position: Production Team Leaders – Graduate Opportunities (Engineering / Management degree)
Location: Morley, Leeds, West Yorkshire
Salary: £26,000 per yearplus pension after qualifying period
About the Role:
Due to the recent appointment of a Production Manager, we have now created opportunities for 2 new Team Leaders whose primary responsibility will be to provide leadership to a team of skilled and unskilled operatives. Working closely with the Production Manager, who will train and mentor you to reach your full potential, you will challenge existing ways of working, bring fresh ideas to the business, whilst expertly motivating and managing your team day to day.
About You:
This role is about people management and we are looking for graduates with degrees in Engineering or Management and ideally with some knowledge of Lean processes through study or placement experience.
