The Customer Support team is a vital part of the overall organisation. The team has played a key role in the successful deployment of the company’s equipment to provide next generation IT and Network support. The company’s customers have consistently reported the exceptional quality of the company’s customer support as one of their key differentiators.

– Good IT knowledge
– To provide help- desk support to clients, assisting them with hardware and software problems via phone and email.
– Genuine passion for IT
– Good communication skills
– Customer Service experience preferred
– Liaising with staff at all levels of a client organisation

We always like to see previous work experience, this can include part-time, gap year, or full-time – but it’s not mandatory. We would also be keen to understand more about your hobbies and extracurricular activities.
