Job Title: Site Manager/General Foreman (Junior/small sites)

Reports To: Senior Sites Manager

Job Purpose:

Coordination and control of a construction project from design to completion. Oversee operations on a day to day basis to ensure work is done safely, on time, within budget and to the right quality standards.

Vacant position within existing Construction Company (established 10 years) that renovates and develops high end residential properties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Supervise and organise daily work on building site.
* Control all operations including progress, planning and staffing.
* Maintain relationships with the property owner, building control, visitors and architects/engineers.
* Manage sub contractors duties and attendance daily.
* Maintain a site diary and ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to.
* Organise documents on site (drawings/invoices etc).
* Ensure site is secure.
* Receive and check deliveries.
* Order necessary materials.

Qualifications:

* Fluent communication in Polish and English language verbal and written.
* Computer competent
* 2-5 years previous foreman experience and wide ranging construction knowledge
* Full driving license.

Terms:

* £156 /day gross. CIS scheme initially but looking for good foreman to take a paye position long term.
* Performance related bonus scheme after 1 year working.
* 3 month probation
* Hours Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, (5pm finish Friday), Saturday 9-1pm
