The ROLE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and enthusiastic person to assume the position of General Manager. The role is an all encompassing one as you would expect the GM has full control of all aspects of the business including people management, machine shop, accounts/admin and sales.

The CANDIDATE
The right candidate will possess the following skill set:

* Strong mechanical/precision engineering background.
* Good knowledge of the sales process
* Strong management skills
* Ability to communicate and motivate staff at all levels
* Excellent admin skills
* Appreciation of accounts
