Salary: £19.2 – £30 per hour

Industrial Personnel are now hiring an Environmental Health Officer, to work for our client based in North Somerset.

The Job:
The Environmental Protection & Licensing delivers a range of regulatory functions. Covering a wide range of environmental protection functions including air quality, water quality, environmental permitting, contaminated land and investigation of nuisance complaints arising from residential, commercial and industrial premises. As the Environmental Health Officer, you will also be required to give technical advice on planning and licensing applications. You must hold a degree / diploma in Environmental Health, Environmental Science or relevant Science subject with experience working in a relevant field.
This position is 37 hours per hour, with a salary ranging between £19.2 – £30PH.

Experience and Qualifications:

* A relevant Professional Qualification in Environmental Health or equivalent.

* A good standard of general education including good applied literacy and numeracy skills.

* Evidence of continuing professional development and/or membership of professional body.

* Full UK Driving Licence.

Working hours:

37 Hours per week.
08:45- 17:00
