We are currently recruiting for an exciting (flexible office space) Sales Support Coordinator position based in the Farringdon, Central London area.

This company is an international flexible office / co-working office space, commercial real estate brokerage that has an established and dominant presence over decades in mature global commercial property markets.
They specialise in matching businesses, start-ups, and entrepreneurs with flexible workspace, wherever they are in the world.
Details of the Role & Benefits:
- Base Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 – based on experience
- Working Hours: Monday to Thursdays 9am – 5:30pm; Fridays: 9am to 5pm
- Induction & Training: Full induction and training in commercial leasing with regular assessments. Professional development and training opportunities.
- Prime Central London location – Closest Stations: St. Pauls, City Thameslink, Chancery Lane
Responsibilities & Duties
- This position would be the perfect role for a self-motivated individual, who thrives on engaging with customers in a fast-paced flexible office brokerage
This role will include but will not be limited to:
- Work closely with the sales team to help with day-to-day business
- Answering inbound calls
- Checking availability from business centres
- Arranging viewings on behalf of the consultants
- Attending viewings in London when needed (depending on the consultant’s availability)
- Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
- Chasing invoicing details
- Calling clients for updates
- Keeping notes and re-contacts up to date
- Keeping Salesforce (CRM) up to date with detailed information
- Liaise with the Business Centre Administrators
- Reporting to Senior Management
- Preparation of general correspondence, template documents & reports
Experience & Skills Required
- Strong administrative experience required
- Strong MS Office knowledge and experience
- Strong organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbally
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
- Ability to prioritise among competing tasks
- Ability to self-manage and work as part of a team
- Self-motivated and must be positive and a go-getter
- Any property knowledge or experience would be beneficial
