Manchester, remote working / signing up learners face to face

As a Learner Engagement Advisor you will ensure learners are signed up accurately with the associated documentation in a timely manner whether it be a group, online or face to face sign up within our clients pop up centres located across the Greater Manchester Combined Authority and North West Region. You will also ensure that ESFA, Awarding Organisation and company processes are adhered to and implemented at all times.
To do this you will need to be driven, organised and dedicated to managing a busy and demanding workload, as well as have a genuine passion for the world of education and putting the learner experience at the heart of everything you do.
Due to the nature of the business you will be required to have both a flexible and adaptable approach. This role provides the flexibility to work remotely and we will provide you with all of the equipment and support to help you do this. You will also have the opportunity to work from one of our clients sites across the Northwest and Greater Manchester and from time to time you will also be required to attend business in various locations nationwide.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Extensive previous experience in a similar role, conducting the signup process for adult education and 16-19 study programmes or alternatively within a training or recruitment environment where similar duties are involved
- IT proficient, and confident in the use of form capture
- Record of delivering accurate and timely work in a busy environment
- Proven commitment to accuracy and quality
- Functional Skills Level 2 in English, Maths or equivalent/willing to work towards
