Head of Payroll

Salary: £84,000 – £90,000 per year

Do you have at least 8 years of experience within international Payroll? Have you worked with mid to large size complexed organisations, ideally within a Professional services or Technology industry, however, this is not a deal breaker. Interested in joining a recognisable technology business based in Central London?

This is a brand-new role where the Head of Payroll will take responsibility for international payroll for around 2,500 people in 25 different countries, including processing rota hours and other aspects of payroll as well as consolidating and building out the global payroll team.

As Head of Payroll, you will be working alongside the Director of Finance to implement a Global Payroll Function. You will also help build out a good KPI structure for the teams you are implementing and be able to manage driving the whole payroll function forward.

Other Key responsibilities include:

• Managing relationships with all global payroll providers as well as implanting these processes

• Overall ownership and responsibility for the smooth and efficient operation of payroll

• Manage end to end payroll process

• Ensure that all relevant statutory and legal obligations are complied with

• Integrate any new acquisitions into global Payroll team

• Ensure all 2500+ colleagues are paid in a timely are paid on time

Successful candidates will have at least 8 years of experience in international payroll with excellent communication skills; having the ability to communicate across a wide range of stakeholders (including board level).

You will have built a team of pay rollers from scratch before and have had experience implementing systems and recruiting a team of pay rollers. As well as this you will have worked for a large organisation. This role is offering an opportunity for somebody to join there highly dynamic and ambitious business.
