Project / Site Manager

Salary: £26,000 per year

£6.5 Million new build retail unit with associated storage facilities above ground floor store space. Project is a steel portal frame building with concrete base floor, external cladding, glazing and associated car park area. Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager you will be responsible from practical inception of the project and as the number one will have total autonomy for the running of the project, main core of duties will be to ensure that all planning, programmes are adhered to, supervision and control of all subcontract trades & labour packages, health & safety including site inductions, RFI’s and RAMS. Current CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid Certificates will be a mandatory requirement as without these no application will be considered
