The Role of a Assembly Operative

• Assembly of cables
• Operating hand tools and machinery (training given)
• Ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained
• Being part of the production line
• Quality checking products
• Ensuring products are correctly packed
• Ensuring accuracy
• Maintain a safe a tidy working environment
• Report any maintenance issues to the team manager

 
Requirements for Assembly Operatives 

• Assembly and production skills 
• Able to maintain high accuracy under pressure 
• Reliability
• Good Attention to detail
• Ability to learn fast
