Salary: £26,000 per year

Monday – Friday 08.30am-5pm, 30-minute break
22 Days holiday plus bank holidays
Based near Tockwith
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Customer focused, friendly, team player, good attention to detail, great telephone manner
You will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operation of the department. This includes providing an outstanding, professional, and first-class experience to all customers via telephone and email communications.
What does the role entail -?
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Always ensure delivery of exceptional customer experience and first-time solution
• Be a source of support for all customers and strive to deliver solutions to customer issues
• Always answer calls and email promptly and in a professional and courteous manner
* To accept and process telephone, fax & email sales orders
* To maintain a high degree accuracy whilst putting customer orders on the system
* To manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of customer service are always maintained.
* To liaise with the warehouse on accurate stock levels if required
* To assist with after sales service issues.
* To always observe the companies Health and safety policy
Following training be proficient in the following areas
• Inbound and outbound telephone calls to customers regarding deliveries
• Inbound and outbound response emails
• Administration and organisation of onward customer requirements
• Efficient in handing queries to other departments for processing
