Location: Hertfordshire (Hybrid working)

This role combines two areas of our People and HR agenda that are fundamental building blocks to their future success: Reward and D&I. This is a unique role where both agendas go hand in hand –driving equality and fairness through their reward offering, whilst ensuring all people solutions are as inclusive as possible.
Reporting to the Global Head of Reward and Inclusion, and together, you will work closely to deliver programmes and solutions which celebrate group diversity and maximise their opportunity to attract, develop and train the best and most diverse talent for ambitious future growth.

The role
Annual Reward Processes – Supporting Base Pay benchmarking, Annual reviews, Bonus cycles and Benefits management
Brand development and employee engagement – Flourish at Flamingo is our holistic approach to health and wellness.
Project Management – a variety of projects, including development of a Reward Portal to effectively communicate the total Reward offering
Career Architecture – Support the ongoing roll-out, management and development of our Group-wide Career Architecture model
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion – support the development of tools and solutions across the group to continue our D&I journey
KPI reporting – for both Reward and D&I progress
Celebrate diversity and encourage equality and inclusivity across the group whilst also embedding inclusion in all processes and policies
Develop and execute D&I initiatives to support the Group-Wide Strategy
Provide support for the design, planning, implementation and delivery of the annual compensation review process across the group
Support the continued development of the group wide Career Architecture model and ensure accurate and up to date record keeping of role evaluations
Benefits main point of contact for benefits queries, key support in benefits renewal
Engaging with external providers and internal stakeholders to provide a programme of employee support in Physical, Mental, Financial and Social wellness
Take accountability for the preparation and submission of data reporting for market benchmarking providers and ad hoc group wide reporting
Assist with the annual reward survey submission processes including data collation and analysis along with support to the business on ad-hoc benchmarking requirements
Support Benefits benchmarking, renewals and support with recommendations for the continuing group-wide review of competitive and compelling benefits
Support regular Gender and ethnicity reward reporting, as required by regulation and to meet the needs of our customers
Provide guidance, statistical analysis, data modelling and cost analysis as and when required
The person:
Degree educated, or equivalen
Reward and or D&I experience gained in an international organisation
A passion for the flawless execution of projects through diverse and geographically dispersed teams
A commitment to the role D, E & I plays in forward thinking businesses and the advantages it can bring
Strong interpersonal skills, able to negotiate, influence and work collaboratively with staff from all teams
Advanced analytical skills
Ideally experience in a Reward role, where you have developed a passion for driving fairness through the offering
Ideally experience and knowledge of developing and implementing D&I initiatives
Strong organisational and project management skills
Ability to support the co-creation of solutions with a wide range of stakeholders
