Salary: £54,000 – £66,000 per year
Role: Site Manager
Company: Successful, established, privately owned, main building contractor (circa £30m T/O).
Duties: Leading a project on site as Site Manager, driving construction of the scheme safely and to programme, planning ahead, overseeing contractors on site, being commercially aware, representing the company to clients, supply chain etc.
Location: Norfolk primarily
Contract: Permanent, full time
Salary guide: Negotiable (£54,000 – £66,000), depending on experience, etc.
Projects: £500k – £5m
Sectors: All sectors but especially education, commercial and housing
Start Date: asap, depending on candidate notice
Reporting to: Contracts Manager
Progression: Company have a proven track record of promoting from within, training, developing and looking after staff
Qualifications: Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS), CSCS Card, First Aid
