Customer Service Account Manager

A great Customer Service Account Manager opportunity has arisen to work for a fast growing media group that specialises in consumer, business and travel publishing alongside websites, awards and events.

I am looking for a candidate with lots of enthusiasm and energy that is able to multitask, has a great attention to detail and has the confidence to deal with customers and clients over the phone and face to face.

Ideally looking for the following experience:

Proven Account Management/Customer Service experience dealing with queries and requests
Strong excel skills and experience of dealing with spreadsheets used for reporting and tracking invoices
The ability and confidence to meet with clients face to face to discuss the product and any problems/improvements that need to be looked atThis is a great opportunity for someone that is looking for a busy and challenging role, working for an exciting company where you will be given the opportunity to learn lots of news skills. You MUST be able to travel to North Acton easily as the start time is 8.30am.
