Service Advisor Apprenticeship (Reception)

Brd Retail (Trading as Burton Kia) are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor Apprentice to join the team at their prestigious Kia dealership based in Burton on Trent, Staffordshire. This is an exciting Reception based role with first-class training and outstanding long-term career prospects.

Duties will include:

• Acting as the first point of contact for all customers coming into the dealership and ensuring they receive the best customer service experience
• Upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Booking in cars for MOT’s and service
• Be courteous and polite to all visitors both face to face and via the telephone
• Working to a high level of customer service at all times
• Any other ad hoc duties and when require

Please note that this is a full-time Apprenticeship and you will be required to attend ‘Block Release’ training at the Kia Academy Training Centre in Nottinghamshire.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00 pm
