Salary: £50,400 – £63,600 per year

Main purpose of the job

* Initiating and building relationships with business leaders in medium to large sized companies.

* Your initial goal for the first 12 months would be to set new business appointments for our Director of New Business. It is primarily an office-based role. If you are on target you will have the opportunity to join our account management team, and following that, our elite ‘strategic’ account management team which are both field sales roles.

* You will be rewarded with a commission per appointment (no cap on number of appointments you can book) over and above your basic salary.

Key tasks and responsibilities

* Meet defined targets in terms of number of qualified and attended new business appointments per month.

* Find and qualify new opportunities for future appointments.

* Maintain pre-defined activity levels in terms of outbound dials, time on phone and conversations with decision makers.

* Field incoming enquiries for the Core team, pass them to the appropriate account manager by rota, and ensure there is feedback for each in the CRM system.

* Update, cleanse and maintain the CRM system accurately with information on all conversations and opportunities.

£24,000 plus Comission
