Sales Administration Support – Balance Chaser

The Sales Administration Support role is key to maximising client conversion, ensuring that the client meets
the set criteria by working within the IVA Protocol guidelines, chasing any missing documents and
obtaining them as swiftly as possible before packaging the case for the drafting department.
You will be responsible for ensuring the clients expectations are managed, the file is of a set standard and
goes through to successful MOC.

Main Duties:

* Sending LOA’s to creditors
* Meeting targets in line with daily requirements, speedily gaining information.
* Liaising with client’s to obtain account information
* Use of resources provided to allocate clients creditors
* Chasing missing documents
* You will be required to contact creditors via phone, email or fax
* Build a list of creditor contacts
* Calculate clients debt level
* Build customer relations
* Liaise between the client and the clients personal finance manager to complete goals

Key Skills:

* Underwriting experience an advantage
* Good organisational skills essential
* Must be able to work to your own initiative
* Willingness to be flexible dependent upon the demands of the business is essential

Salary: £26,000per yearbasic dependent upon experience

Shifts: 40 hours per week
