Business Development Manager – Manned Guarding

Salary up to £66,000 + excellent commission +car + mobile

Our client is a national leading provider of manned guarding services. They are looking to add to their experience and successful sales team across the country

The Vacancy

Business Development Manager role will be to identify, develop and close key opportunities for the company’s manned guarding business within your chosen vertical market e.g managing agents. The role will involve selling the manned guarding services and solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
Sale and promotion of the Company’s services
Source and develop profitable new business to specified and self-generated targets.
Effective communication with existing and potential customers.
Operate as part of the National Business Development Team.
The compilation of effective tender proposals.
Preparation of quotations and tenders including job costing in accordance
Prompt action of sales leads as directed by the Sales Director.
Timely and accurate completion of tender questionnaires.
Effective maintenance of Company sales database.
Completion of accurate weekly sales activity reports to the Sales Director.

Requirements:
We are recruiting for an ambitious and creative Business Development Manager who:

Must have prior experience in the security industry (manned guarding), with a proven track record of sales ideally within the areas of any of the following static guard, mobile patrol, key holding and alarm response
Is a genuinely ambitious individual to grow with the company and make a positive contribution to expand their security portfolio

Remuneration:
For successful candidates a competitive basic salary of up to £66,000plus the following incentives:
Mobile phone
Company Car/allowance
Excellent commission structure
