About Our Client

Their approach is underpinned by our core values – Integrity, customer focus and expertise. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Lab Manager to join the team.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a small team of laboratory staff, managing samples for testing as well as intake testing. You will be ensuring site-wide compliance, ensuring BRC and TASCC codes of practice. Recruitment of temporary staff will also fall into your remit.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with a Seed Analyst qualification and an Analyst in Charge certificate. You will be confident in managing a team or looking to take a step up. Organisational, communication and analytical skills are essential.
