Spa Receptionist – Spa Host

Salary: £27,600 per year

​Our client runs some of the UK’s finest hotels with spa and health club facilities. They are currently looking to recruit a Spa Receptionist – Host for their site in Tetbury.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB

To provide an efficient & friendly service to all clients of the Spa – both telephone & face-to-face contact along with written correspondence.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet & greet all clients- Members, Day Spa Guests, Hotel Guests & general Show Rounds.

• Assisting with Food & Beverage service.

• Laundry duties.

• Carrying out Facility checks ensuring immaculate presentation at all times

• Dealing with Telephone bookings & enquiries of Treatments, Fitness Appointments & Day Spa packages.

• Processing & reconciliation of daily business.

• Responsible for the opening & closing of the Spa.

• Carries out any other reasonable tasks requested by Management Team to aid the smooth running of the Spa.
