Sales Marketing Director – Water Technology
Location: Florida
Salary: $130k-$160k + bonus
THE BUSINESS
Hamilton Mayer is working with a major FTSE 250 Water Technology Manufacturer turning over $850m looking for an accomplished sales director with a background in water technologies. We are looking to speak with experienced and qualified individuals who are capable of being responsible for managing revenues upwards of $40m and regularly meeting demanding sales targets.
THE ROLE
* Oversee sales and have marketing responsibilities over the entire of the Florida region within the wider group generating revenues exceeding $850m
* Strong leadership and director skills are essential
*Expected to grow sales quarter on quarter to reach new highs and to manage a P+L responsibility of circa $80m over the course of the next 3yrs
* They will have recruitment and training responsibilities and be expected to manage a Sales Department of 20 staff as well as all external consultants as necessary
* Must be able to develop effective sales strategies and execute them with precision
* Prepare and submit monthly reports to the Managing Director and attend regional Board Meetings
REQUIREMENTS
* The preferred candidate will be a Sales Director looking for a new opportunity or an experienced Sales Manager ready to progress upwards
* Experience in water technologies is a must
* Proven ability to achieve, ideally exceed, set sales targets
* Management capability and strategic mindset are essential
* Relevant industry qualification or professional membership
* Resilient character and excellent leadership skills
