Salary: £42,000 – £50,400 per year
A new position as Client Services Manager has become available based from the client’s offices in Farnborough, Hampshire. You will have worked within either the financial services or aviation industries with a background in Account Management.
About The Role
This position is to have primary responsibility for all aspects of client’s relationships within your assigned area of geographical terrority.
You will be responsible for the following: –
* Develop relationships with clients
* Seek new business development opportunities
* Handle routine client service issues relating to contract terms, payments, monthly reporting
* On-boarding of new clients
* Work with the contracts teams to ensure the correct contract is prepared
About Our Client
A global organisation that has been established for over 25 years with the head office being based in the States. You will work with the US counterparts in all areas of your position.
About You
must be fluent in Portuguese with any other European languages an advantage. You will have a minimum of 5 years experience, preferably within aviation of financial services industries as an Account Manager.
Things you should know
This position will require travel of approximately 30 days per year
