Trainee Client Relationship Administrator

A passionate, successful, expanding company within the financial services sector are recruiting for a Trainee Client Relationship Administrator. This is role has become available to assist and support the Financial Planners and Client Relationship Manager in an administrative capacity and to provide cover in their absence.

You main responsibilities will include the following:

* Attending client meetings from the beginning through to the end of the process

* Setting up clients in the correct investment strategies

* Adding clients, changing personal information, organising additional investments and withdrawal

* Preparing suitability reports in accordance with the agreed recommendations

* To contact, plan and prepare Annual Reviews with existing clients

* Delivering an excellent customer service in line with company values

* Reviewing information provided by the advisor, including fact finding, risk profiler results

* Investigating information received from existing contracts (investments/pensions/protection) to ascertain what they currently have in place

The successful Trainee Client Relationship Administrator will receive full training and professional development (you will be working towards your paraplanning or Level 4 Financial Planning qualification).

You should have previous administration experience with excellent inter-personal skills, both written and verbal. Good IT skills are essential as well as the ability and desire to progress your career by building a good and thorough technical knowledge.
