M&E Quantity Surveyor / Project Surveyor

Salary: £120 per hour

Aylin White have been asked to support a long term client who are growing their commercial team. This client turns over £100m, delivering M&E subcontractor services to some of the biggest main contractors in London. The main business delivers projects up to £30m, in residential, commercial and public works. They have another arm that delivers retail and fit out works up to £3m M&E and this is the area we are supporting currently.

M&E Quantity Surveyor / Project Surveyor – (Fit Out)

We need an experienced QS / Project Surveyor, (Fit Out). If you have delivered M&E projects on your own, then this is an opportunity for you. Lots of progression to grow into a Commercial Manager.

Projects are generally JCT D&B so knowledge of that would be great, Running 3 projects at once. You can come from any sector background but must be M&E.

You will be joining a very strong team, and you will be supported and can learn. The company will support further education if you have progressed from the tools and the Director in charge is commercial so will make sure that your career path is laid out. There is scope to move into the main business in the future, but this is the best area to be able to run your own schemes
