ZEST PERSONNEL are working with a prestigious Client in the Bournemouth area that are seeking to expand their thriving call centre providing bespoke home insurance solutions to their customers.

With an impressive panel of market leading providers to assist their customers, your role is to contact, quote and close to customers, building rapport and engaging your customers throughout the sale to ensure an exemplary customer experience.

Previous outbound Call Centre experience would be ideal, however, full training will be given to individuals with transferable sales related skills from other sectors who can demonstrate excellent communication skills, a confident and ‘can-do’ attitude and a desire to achieve and exceed expectations.
