Salary: £26,000 per year
Our client is well established and is enjoying a busy growth period. This job offers excellent progression opportunities and is a varied and interesting role. Successful candidates will have existing customer service experience and will be able to demonstrate previous experience of helping to develop a small team.
A fantastic opportunity for successful candidates to work within a busy design / retail office. The function of the role is to provide leadership to a small group of customer service operatives and report into the Senior Team Leader.
This is a role in which people skills are vitally important – successful candidates will be approachable and have a positive attitude towards team culture.
Main responsibilities will include:
Managing workloads for the team
Training and development of your team
Focusing on accuracy within the team
Deal with customers and solve any issues
Drive effectiveness
Candidates should have a working knowledge of Excel, proven knowledge of previous in-house systems and a proven track record of leading and developing teams.
