Our client are looking for your skills and abilities to recruit a HR Team Leader to drive employee growth and success within Peoples Op’s.

Salary: £42,000 – £48,000per annum

Location: Walsall

Hours of work: 37 hours per week

Contract type: Permanent

Key responsibilities as a HR Team Leader:

• Coach and mentor a team of Peoples Op’s playing an active role in developing expertise.
• Manage a team responsible for processes across the entire employee lifecycle and ensure customer service expectations are met.
• Work closely with the head of HR and HR Business Partners to drive high-performance culture throughout performance management.
• Continue to develop and maintain high value HR and employee process and policies.
• Administer HR related documentation.

Required skills as a HR Team Leader:

• Be able to demonstrate knowledge in a similar HR management role.
• Have first-class relationship building skills.
• Be able to demonstrate a high level of collaborative working.
• Have the ability to influence senior management.
• Be CIPD qualified, degree or equivalent.
